I have spent 3 hours in a queue to buy the gift card when it is on promotion this morning. But you know what? After 3 hours of waiting, the customer service staff cut the line of 200 into half, saying that the gift card would be sold out at that point and everyone behind should leave. Can you imagine the frustration of us, who waited in line for 3 hours? We argued with one of the customer service (which seems to be the most senior one on duty), Catherine, asking for compensation like a ticket to buy a gift card tomorrow. But Catherine responded by calling the security and police! What a customer service!

夜行バス移動の休憩がてら朝風呂で利用しました。入り口の案内は丁寧で好印象。3時間850円～でバスタオルレンタル付きでした。広いお風呂で温泉もあり、お風呂上がりには休憩スペースでゴロゴロでき、ゆっくりできました。下足箱鍵がリストバンドになっていて退店時精算機でお支払い。交通系マネー、クレジットのMS/CLは有人カウンターで使用できました。

I had thought this company had done a great job - until we got leaking coming through our chimney into one of the bedrooms. The chimney flashing was literally the job the company was hired for to take care of. I emailed Jason many times with pictures and he responded they would come by to take a look. No one came by. I tried calling and left a message and have been completely ignored. I’ve come to the conclusion from this that the job was done poorly and the service is to ignore complaints. I also was never provided a receipt from the work done after payment which I thought was strange. Not an ideal experience obviously.

The service continues to be amazing, great price for service actually the cheapest in the area. Before the pandemic it was first come first serve now it's appointments only. There are three barbers and three hair techs stylist beauticians who always manage to make everyone look amazing. Whether you want a hair cut, color, highlights, ombre, deep conditioning, hair extensions, or a simple wash and set. There's is also now a tech for Mani and Pedi who also does acrylic and gel service you gotta come to try out of the services.

I don’t like to write bad reviews, but this one needs to be written. The lack of communication between management and it employees are none existant. I have a mortgage renewal with this back, I started communication with then in feb with a renewal date in may. It has been a nightmare, between the communication, the follow Ups, as well as sending documents without proper instructions and what we agreed on. I spoke directly with the assistant manager. Informed her of the whole situation, and the following week, none of the instructions we given to her mortgage specialist. Nor did she even follow up with me on any of my concerns. When the notary contacted us for the signing, once again the paper work was incorrect. Mortgages are a pretty standard banking transaction. This should as most take 2 weeks to complete. Two months later, at the finish line there are still mistakes on behalf of the branch. Absolutely disappointing, and the branch should do a better job. As you are making a lot of money on these clients, and it can be overwhelming for some. The minimum expedition is communication and professionalism.

I first went to Massimo‘s not long after it first opened and had lunch there on Good Friday. Since then I have been many many times over the years and I have to say the menu and food has got better and better. The staff are amazing and very helpful and attentive and the booths have been updated and the restaurant looks fabulous…I highly recommend Massimo’s to anyone that has never been before as I took a friend who had never been and he cannot stop talking about it. Great food and compliments to the chefs and big thank you to the staff for making our lunch an amazing experience with food and wine. I shall be back. Thanks again. Donna Bunting

relatively inexpensive. seconds away from L.I.C......right over the greenpoint ave bridge. tremendous amount of space to get your stuff in or out. but it will cost you around $50 to trash unwanted stuff that you'd either have no room for or if you just want to get rid of some stuff to make room for other stuff that you might have. staff is professional.courteous. helpful and very knowledgeable. plenty of carts and dollies and handtruck. ladders. stepping stocks and plenty of ceiling space. my bin is 10 feet high to accommodate talk painting ladders and scaffolding. relatively inexpensive. Around 150.00 for a bin the size of a moderate dining room. they've got m n f bathrooms. waterfountins and a comfortable waiting area that includes snack and beverage machines. finally two giant freight elevators to navigate four storage room floors. plus they've got painted lines on the concrete pavement that directs you to the office so it's hard to get lost. the lighting is more than adequate. 5 star rating....easily.

以前から愛犬のかかりつけとして通っていますが、本当に 親切で 大好きな病院です。建物も清潔感があり 受付の方もいいですが、なにより先生が信頼でき 優しく 本当に愛犬のことを任せられます。ワクチンなどで病院に行くと なにか質問や相談はありますか？と聞いてくれますし 説明などもきちんと伝えてくれます。また 申し訳ないなとおもいながらも 困ったときに 電話で相談をしたことが 本日含め 二回ありますが 忙しいにもかかわらず また 電話で回答なんて お金になるわけでもないのに きちんと相談にのってくれ、本当に いつもお世話になっています。本当に感謝しています。いつも ありがとうございます。 これからも、よろしくお願いします。

Painting in Colour stripped wallpaper and repainted two rooms in our house and our hallway and landing. Many of the walls were in extremely bad condition and had to have a load of repairs done on them but the finished product looks amazing. We couldn't be happier with it. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a professional finish in their house. They were also very responsive and good to deal with throughout.

隠れ家的、いや本当に隠れちゃってるお店。 でも、ちゃんと看板出てるし駐車場もあるので迷う事はないかと思います。 パンはスーパーやコンビニなれしてるとお高く感じるけど、こだわりの個人パン屋としては良心的価格かと思います。 コーヒーもあり 店舗外のベンチが意外と充実してて屋根もあるので、ちょっしたシーサイドカフェ(言い過ぎ)としても楽しめるかも。
